Acceptable Use Policy

You may use Vesspr solely for your own personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use Vesspr in good faith and in the spirit for which it is designed.

You agree not to:

• •Use Vesspr if you are under 18 years of age;
• •Use Vesspr as a romantic, sexual, or intimate partner;
• •Use Vesspr to solicit medical, legal, financial, or psychotherapeutic advice;
• •Use Vesspr for any commercial purpose, including reselling access to the Service;
• •Attempt to extract, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise obtain the source code, algorithms, or underlying systems of Vesspr;
• •Use automated scripts, bots, scraping tools, or other automated means to access or interact with the Service;
• •Attempt to manipulate Vesspr into producing content that violates these Terms, including by jailbreaking, prompt injection, or circumventing safety guidelines;
• •Attempt to extract sexually explicit, violent, self-harm-encouraging, or hateful content;
• •Use Vesspr to generate or distribute harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, threatening, sexually explicit, obscene, or illegal content;
• •Attempt to elicit romantic, sexual, or explicit content from Vesspr (the Service is designed to decline such requests);
• •Use Vesspr in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, or negatively affect the Service or its infrastructure;
• •Share, publish, or commercially exploit AI-generated conversations without Karooli.ai's written consent;
• •Use Vesspr to impersonate, harass, or harm any person or entity;
• •Use Vesspr as a substitute for emergency mental health services or crisis intervention;
• •Use Vesspr to facilitate any illegal activity;
• •Circumvent any technical measures used by Karooli.ai to limit access.

Karooli.ai is not responsible for any harm arising from your use of Vesspr in a crisis situation or in lieu of professional support.

By using Vesspr, you consent to receive scheduled, proactive check-ins from the service at times you configure during onboarding. Check-ins are delivered as voice notes and/or text messages via the messaging platform you registered with (Telegram or WhatsApp), and/or as voice phone calls to the phone number you registered.

• •You may adjust or pause check-in frequency at any time by replying or saying "pause", or by updating your preferences in the dashboard;
• •Check-ins are not notifications about account activity, they are a core product feature delivering conversational wellbeing support;
• •Check-in timing is determined by a rules-based scheduling engine that considers your timezone, configured preferences, and Do Not Disturb settings;
• •No check-in constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or clinical outreach.
