Is Vesspr a substitute for therapy?
No. Vesspr is wellbeing software. It is not a medical device, not a therapy substitute, and not a replacement for professional mental-health care. If you are experiencing a mental-health emergency, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at https://app.vesspr.ai/dashboard/subscription or by replying "stop" in your Vesspr conversation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
What is the refund policy?
Full refund within 14 days of first purchase, no questions asked. Pro-rated refund within the first 30 days of an annual plan. See the full Refund Policy at /refund.
Where does my data live?
Your data is stored on encrypted Postgres infrastructure hosted in Europe and the United States. We never sell your data and never use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy at /privacy.
Will Vesspr message me without my permission?
Only when you ask it to. Scheduled check-ins are opt-in during onboarding, capped at a daily maximum that you control, paused outside the quiet hours you set, and stoppable anytime by replying "stop" or "pause".
Who handles my payment?
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, who is independently responsible for handling your card data. We also use Creem.io as a fallback Merchant of Record. We never see or store your full card number. Their privacy policies and PCI-DSS compliance information are available at dodopayments.com and creem.io.
What languages does Vesspr support?
English at launch. Additional languages are on the roadmap.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email privacy@karooli.ai with the email you signed up with, or use the delete option in your dashboard. We complete deletion within 30 days.
